I feel for the burned out teacher who wrote this letter. And I agree with the wise response. To do or not do the burnout worksheet (or quit the job, or stop the project, or whatever) is often a false binary thought that ends up feeding the distraction and disassociation that led us to burnout in the first place. “Just drop into the body” feels like it’s not going to help at all. But then it does.
