Can I ask the Sassy question??? I am trying to find someone talking about the fact that what Sassy did to Ted in the Season 1 Ted Lasso episode "Make Rebecca Great Again" was predatory! If a man had objectified a woman the way Sassy did Ted earlier in the episode, and then "led" her into her hotel room when she'd just had a panic attack and was in an extremely vulnerable place, expecting to have sex with her, we would be talking about it. But nowhere did I see any indication this was not an okay thing for the Sassy character to do. I'm not saying it shouldn't have happened in the show; I'm saying the way it was written none of the characters seemed to think this behavior was problematic, and apparently nobody watching it but me thinks so either because I never saw anyone talking about it. Is it just okay for a woman to act this way towards a man because "everyone knows a man will always want sex"??? This feels sexist, outdated, and immature.

I 100% agree and now that you mention it, that entire story line was a “hanging chad” for me.
