There has been some success and/or decrease in symptoms with US or shockwave therapy to the penis with a Pelvic PT.

I'm a 60 year old CIS man and I have Peyronie's since 2020. It was an issue I was embarrassed about and it led to sexual issues between me and my wife. I did get penile injections which helped stop things getting too "bent", and I can honestly say that it was equal to getting a cavity filled without any kind of numbing agent. But... it helped.

In any case, my wife and I have been seeing a sex therapist and that has been a game changer. We are now able to talk openly about all kinds of things that in our several decades of marriage neither one o us felt comfortable talking about. And yes, Emily's books have played a part in that. So, thank you Emily!

Agree with comment from Melissa below- ultrasound therapy can be helpful, usually done by a physical therapist. Sometimes we just set it up and let the patient do the treatment themselves.
